BlackBerry z10 phone problem

I found out that recently my phone keeps turning off itself automatically and every time it turn off there will be a notification sound right before it. I am unable to turn on the phone anymore unless I plug it in to the charger and let it charge for 5-10 minutes and it will turn on it self. When charging I tried to turn on it but it shows that I am out of battery while my battery is definitely more than 20%. After the phone is turned on I can't find any new notification. And I met another problem too that is after my phone is sent back to be repaired every time my phone get some small impact for example placing it on table or even putting it into my pocket, the phone will either turn off or it restarts. Anyone help me please?
My os is 10.1.0.4633
Software release is 10.1.0.4181

What can I say. If its not a problem, try updating the O.S. I'm using 10.2.0.1371.

Happens to me all the time. Try installing the OS via laptop after you download it on your laptop/pc. Another thing is to install the OS, you should have BlackBerry Link installed.

What is your Operating System loaded to your device? From the main screen, swipe down from the top black bezel to Settings > About... what is the OS Version listed there?

Also, for the restarting issue, try placing a folded piece of paper over the battery (or normal business card) and replace the battery cover) and see if that solves the restarting issue.
