Blackberry ID Error Login - can't sign in to BB ID through BB Z10

Dear friends,

 

I'm a BB Z10 user and been using for the past 8 months in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Whenever I tried to sign in with my BlackBerry ID, it showed error as follow :

- Last attempt! If the bext attempt is incorrect, you will be unable to use your BB ID for 15 minutes.

- You can't sign in with a different BB ID on this device. Sign in with the original BB ID used on this device:

 

Anybody have the same experience?

 

The story how it was happened is like this :

Last time I was trying to download some application in BlackBerry World that required me to enter BB ID user name and password. I put the BB ID and password but it appeared message that said I put the wrong password.

So I tried a couple of times and still can't go through. Then I used the "Forget password?" option and put in the security answer which didn't work also. I was pretty sure that I put everything correct.

When I was doing this, I'm using the wifi signal connection to the Internet since the provider signal is very weak.

So I keep on trying to put the user name and password with anything that I coudl remember that could be my password and reach the last attempt. But got the same message, the same thing with the security answer.

So, I looked for my BB ID first email and removed the BB ID through that e-mail. Then I registered my BB ID again with the same user name and e-mail but can't put the same "Screen name" with the original one.

I can login through Internet browser to my new BB ID [even through BB browser application] but whenever I tried to login through Blackberry World or installed applications, it kept showed me the 2 messages above.

I have checked the registered BB ID in my Z10, it actually has the same BB ID e-mail and user name with the new created, only the screen name is difference.

I tried to remove batteries and restart the Z10 but still experienced the same thing.

I tried to backup the Z10 through Blackberry Link but couldn't since it need the BB ID to be logged in first. It would be troublesome if I wipe it without backing up first and will lost all the data and probably still could not log in to my BB ID.

Any idea how to solve this?

Thank you for paying attention on my problem and the link about it. I think the post stated that I have no choice between to wipe the BB or escalate the problem to Blackberry through my provider.

Wiping the BB would be for if you are OK with abandoning your old BBID and making a new one. Trying to escalate to BB would be for if you need to retain the old BBID, but none of the documented automated methods work for recovering your access to it.

Try again dear firstly reset the device than use correct password if all things which you are doing not working then best way create new blackberry id it's better for you.
