Blackberry ID

I'm having trouble with my blackberry ID, I get these little pop-ups on my phone (blackberry z10) saying to verify my blackberry ID. When I go to type in my password it says "You can't sign in with a different BlackBerry ID on this device. Sign in with the original BlackBerry ID used on this device" I thought this was the original ID I made up for the phone? Why is it giving me problems and not letting me verify it?? So right now I can't download apps or anything that needs the ID. So help. Please.

Yesgirl, if you are not going to sign up with yor bb I'd , then first confirm with yourself that I'd you are using is correct one and you are typing correctly. I suppose you are confirm about your I'd and typing correctly ,then you have to reset your bb I'd .
