I am using the Z10, The blackberry protect option is greyed out, lucky for me the device does show up on the protect website.

What can i do to turn on the option from my phone as it displays it as OFF & its greyed out.

Re: Blackberry Protect Greyed out

Are you using your Z10 on a corporate BES network?

If not, my Protect options were greyed out recently, I rebooted and they were active.

Press and hold BOTH the up and down volume keys on the side for 10 seconds until the screen goes black.

Re: Blackberry Protect Greyed out

I am not on a corporate BES network. Just rebooted the device & its still greyed out. Oh & the "Press and hold BOTH the up and down volume keys on the side for 10 seconds until the screen goes black." That gave me a screenshot of the screen & nothing else. I was thinking of going onto the website & removing the device from there & try to re-register it. Do you think it makes sense ?

Re: Blackberry Protect Greyed out

Yes, you get a screen shot in the first second (ignore that), KEEP both keys depressed as I stated until the screen goes dark.

Try it as I stated.
