Blackberry Z10 Blackberry-ID

Hello :smileyhappy:,

 

I received yeterday my very first BB Z10, so far so good. Outlook is working fine, I have to get used to the menu but that is not the issue.

 

I have created a BB-ID and treid to log on but for some reason it didnt accept my password, so I thought that it would be the best to detele the id and create a new one, so i did. The BB now tells me that I cannot use a diffrent BB-Id on this device....so today I have create another BB-Id similar to the 1st one I had but it still doesnt accepts the ID.

 

Any idea what I can do to get this working?

I already checked various sites on the www but couldnt find anything really helpful..maybe I am totally new in the BB world :smileyhappy:.

You must security wipe the Z10 to use a new BBID.
