I am on Groupwise 8.02 with Novell Data synchroniser 1.2.5 build 1250 and BB Z10 gets the mail, but all messages sent from the device arrive BLANK. Subject and sender is all people receive.

I have Tried Samsung and Iphone Devices and they work fine. It just seems to be a problem with the Z10.

We're having the same thing happen. We've just upgraded from GW7 to 2012, and were still using the older GWIA until all users could be moved, so Novell suggested upgrtading the GWIA. Email to people on our PostOffice are fine, but external not displaying contents, but only from the Z10 (same user on iPad and Android messages are fine).

You should open a SR with Novell. I just asked the product manager of Data Sync at Novell about this and he stated this ...

We have not seen this, but testing it again. Customer might need to open an SR if we cannot duplicate.
We are making an updated 1.2.5 available soon with BB10 specific code changes.

I have already. They said to upgrade the GWIA, so I'm working on that this afternoon.

What version of GWIA are you on and what are they telling you to upgrade to

I was on GroupWise 7.0.3, upgraded to the latest 2012 today.

Q1) What is the SR number you have open on this issue?

Q2) When you say a Blank Email is seen.  Are they seen Blank to another GroupWise user or only a receipent out on the Internet through the GWIA?

Yes, mail sent within GroupWise is fine, external arrives without contents (same email with 2 recipients).

Is there any news on this or do we have to move to another mobile platform

The reported problem will be fixed by using a current release of GWIA for GroupWise 8 and 2012. This is not a Data Synchronizer (GroupWise Mobility Pack) issue.
If problems persist we would suggest to open a Service Request with Novell.
