Blackberry link restore problems

I updated my Blackberry Z10 firmware from 10.0.9.2372 to 10.1.0.273 using blackberry link software, latest version 1.1.1.26 (OS - Windows 7). Before it I make full backup, and now can't restore anything from it! (blackberry link show me unknown error). I tried restore full backup and partial (media, apps, settings), sign in using blackberry id in BB Link and smartphone, all unsuccessfully.

It means I lose all my data and cannot access it (all known utilities such as blackberry backup extractor, magicberry, etc) can't open "BBB" backup file, because (I think) its format was changed in Blackberry 10 OS. BBB file is zip archive, which contains manifest.xml and 3 "tar" archives with proprietary format and (may be) encrypted.

Can anybody help me to restore or access backup files?

Re: Blackberry link restore problems

I have solved problem by resetting device to default settings using blackberry link without SIM card into device; after this BB link could restore my backup.

During resetting to default settings BB link alltimes showing message "device reboot waiting" (or same), process was finished before progress indicator show 100%. After restore BB link says that new update is available... and show version number - 10.1.0.273 (same as installed in device) =) It seems, blackberry link is heavy bugged application; I recommend backup your data (all, what is possible) manually before firmware updating.
