Swapped out my 9780 with a new Z10. Current software updates have been applied. 10.0.10.85
2 specific devices with issues. Panasonic phone system in my house. Calls to the Z10 will ring on the home phone but no voice is available. and my 2011 F150 with all the latest MYSYNC updates applied will not even detect the Z10. Previously, both these devices had absolutely no issue with my Bold 9780. This appears to be a clear Z10 Bluetooth issue.

Before the software update, was the Bluetooth connections working to those devices? Also if you try to pair the Ford Sync from the BlackBerry Z10, is it unable to find the Ford? Also have you tried to connect to connect to a Bluetooth headset?

I don't know about before the software update because that was my first action upon getting the phone this past weekend. Applied the latest update and began using it.
No the BB Z10 does not see the Ford and the Ford does not detect the BB. However, the home phone had no problem finding the BB but the sync only results in the phone ringing but not allowing voice to pass through.
On my Garmin in the truck the pairing works just fine. I am enjoying the phone but not being able to use the bluetooth with my existing devices is really a big thorn in my side.

BB OS 10.0.10.85
MySYNC updated to Ver 3.2.2
Made sure F150 was in "Park"
Deleted all devices
On BB Z10
Under bluetooth setting select 'Refresh'
Enter code from F150 display
I suspect the previously loaded devices BB 9800 and 9780 may have been confusing the MYSYNC.

It seems that the Z10 has some issues with BT.
At least I encountered several problems when trying to take a call through my Garmin motorbike GPS.
Pairing process went fine and I never experienced problems with the Q10.
The Z10 blocked the GPS 2 times while trying to answer an incoming call...
Maybe this comes from the dual registration (Q10 + Z10) on the same device (Garmin GPS)?
I will try this coming days with only one Smartphone registered and see if the problems occurs again.
