CAMERA NOT WORKING

plz can anyone outthere tell me how to make my Z10 camera work!!! i kept getting error MSG THAT MY MEDIA LIBRARY CANNOT BE REACHED !!! i need a solution please

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB33501 "The media library can’t be accessed. Please try again later or restart your device if the problem persists." appears when launching media apps on the BlackBerry 10 smartphone
