You actually completed the OS reload in that short amount of time?

Re: Camera Not working

I guess there is no new software

The article you refer to says

"If any new software is found, you'll see a prompt and can begin the installation."

What happens with my phone is I open BB Link, click on the gear then click on the Reload device software link

Then I click the reload button

It them pops a message saying

checking for blackberry device software updates

Then after a while it pops another message saying

there are no blackberry device software updates available

And that is it, nothing happens further

Re: Camera Not working

I recommend doing a security wipe.  My camera didn't work before (different issue) and a wipe resolved the issue.

Re: Camera Not working

It wouldn't launch.  A blurb came up (forgot what the error message was) and it would shut down.

Re: Camera Not working

I have some more issues with the same phone

If I type on the keyboard the letter a and the backspace buttons are super sensitive. No matter how careful I am, the A always pop up a thing where you can choose a capital A and some other A related characters and the backspace do not just delete the last character you type, it just runs and delete the whole line I typed.

Re: Camera Not working

Boss, I had the same issue with my first bb10 and the camera, the only way to solve the problem is by replacing your mobile as the camera module is not working, this is what they did for me here, just replace your mobile as it is under warranty.
