Can't Access LIME network

I am having an awful experience. My new z10...can't internet access w LIME, only digicel....no whatsapp will download to it....can't buy a case.... Now, my bbm disappeared, and churns endlessly on "bbm setup" ......  Killer disappointment at this price.....
