They are saying its a Microsoft Exchange server running outlook 2010 and they are not using POP or IMAP

okay. You have two choices to connect to your company :

1) ActiveSync. This is possible if your company already allows Android and iPhones. Just ask them the address.

2) BES10. If your company has a BES10 server, they can enroll your Z10.

There r people using the new I Phone with the company email configured in it.

 

What address do i need to ask for for ActiveSync and how to use it

ask them to give you the document that explains how to setup an iPhone to be connected to the company email.

You will have everything you need in that document.
You will simply do the setup on a Z10 and not an iPhone.

Thanks for all the help, yesterday one of my friends who runs an IT company was here and he confirgred the email for me and now its linked.

 

I have one more issue and would request your assistance if possible.

 

In the old BB Torch when i wanted to delete a message I would get the option to delete on handheld or handheld and mailbox.

 

With teh Z 10 there option to delete messages on the handheld devise only is not coming up and if i delete from the device the messages are getting deleted from the inbox as well.

 

Is there anyway I can configure the Z10 to give me both options, to delete emails on handheld only and to delete them on handheld and mailbox ?

currently you cannot do such configuration on BlackBerry 10.
