Can't do security wipe

Hello well the titles says all . I was going to do security wipe but i could not do it , though i wrote the confirmation dozens of times , still cant press the delete data ,its like shadowed if u know what i mean , so please if anyone know how to fix or come with solution Let me know and share with us . Edit: can i do the security wipe from blackberry link !!????

Okey ,is there any other altrnative way to do rest to factory settings and delets all current data & media

You can do a blackberry wipe through Blackberry Link.  When selecting restore from backup, the option on the right is to restore to factory settings.
