Can't open Blackberry ID in settings or BB World

my Z10 will not connect to the Blackberry ID system. So I can't download anything in BB world. When I go to the BB ID settings or payment setting, I get nothing. Just an infinite thinking loop "Retrieving Blackberry ID Properties"

 

It was working fine yesterday morning. Now nothing. Everything is working fine on my Playbook.

 

Rogers suggested an OS re-install. Any idea if this will work?

Hello equipe,

 

To better assist you with this problem I have a couple questions:

 

Are you connected to a Wi-Fi network?

If you are connected to the Mobile network, how is your network coverage?

Have you rebooted the BlackBerry smartphone by holding down the button on the top of the Blackberry smartphone and then selecting restart?
