Cannot connect to Mac

I cannot connect to my z10 over the network. When I try it tries to connect for a few minutes then it just says connection failed. I then try again and put in my username and password but again after a few minutes of trying to connect it fails.

 

I am on a Mac.

 

Any ideas?

 

EDIT: I am able to connect via USB if I turn off my wireless (aka Airplane Mode)

Turn off wifi and try to connect with the usb cable

hi   i  had same kind of problem  with  link i  found that in  small icon on  toolbar that   there was option  to reset wifi router if  i  did this it connected and ever since has been  fine
