Cannot set up a professional email on my new Z10

Hi,

 

I bought the new Z10 Saturday, and for the last 4 days, i have'nt manage to be able to add my business email to my phone.

 

I went on to try in IMAP account and professionnal account but none of them worked.

 

I have the user name (username@email.net), password (xxxxxx) and server adress (mail.email.net).

 

What should i do?

If you simple enter the email address and password, what happens?

 

When you say business email, is this an exchange server or enterprise email account?

When i try to enter only the email address and password, the following message appears: ''Unable to find connection. Please use advanced setup''.

 

When i try in ''work account''

 

The message my Z10 give me is:

 

-The server couldn't be contacted. Check that you are connected to a netowork and that the server adress is correct, and try again.

 

My current email is for an Entreprise email account.

I am currently connect to wifi and my cell phone internet. I can acces internet and my hotmail account on my Z10.

you may need to speak to your IT department about adding you work email. you cann also use BlackBerry Balance to switch between bussiness and personal use. it may need to be connectted to the enterprise server

that's why I asked... you do need to contact your BES admin in your company.
