Cannot view Trash folder using Activesync email account?

I have an Exchange Activesync account set up, and when deleting an email, it is moved to the Trash folder. The problem is that BB10 does not show the Trash folder in the folder list. I have to go to my ipad to view the folder and retrieve the email. Is there any workaround for this? It seems to be by design that the folder is being filtered out.

Currently, the Trash folder does not reconcile to the BlackBerry 10 device.
