I have been using my blackberry Z10 for the past week and I noticed that despite being told that the LED light should turn green when the battery is fully charged, and my settings are all correct, this simply is not happening.
I was wondering if it could be a fault in the phone or if it is a software issue.
Many thanks for your time,
Dan D

Hmm... who told you that the LED should turn green upon full 100% charge?
I don't believe that is the case. You should see a full battery icon, and no yellow pulsating charge symbol thereon.

That would be the first I've ever heard of it. From what I've seen it is just a red LED indicator for notifications, like any other crackberry I've owned. I've had some phones flash yellow when the phone is dying though.. Not sure this even does that, I've had it down to 5% charge on the first day but didn't actually look to see if it did or not..

It says it in the Z10 manual.

What manual?
Does it indicate that green light IF the device is charging while turned off, or what?

Yea, that manual does state such, but that is when the device is turned off and charging. Not while on.
The onscreen icons apply when the device is powered on.
