Hi

I have sync my BB Z10 contacts with my gmail account. i have got all the contacts on my fone, but when anybody calls me from my contact list, i just see their number.

its not showing their name.

please help.

Touch the Icon on your screen for the "Phone" and swipe down from the top to Settings.

Click on the Smart Dialing and make sure your settings match your local area.

Also, is encryption turned on in your Security Settings?

yes i have already checked the smart dialing options. its as per my area.

where can i check the encryption option on z10

Settings >Security and Privacy >Encryption (some devices don't have this option showing right now so if you don't see it don't be alarmed.)

i don't have this option available in my device.

is there any other way to get the names when a person from contacts is calling me.

You're on the same software version as I am.

You should have the very same encryption setting in the same place as i described above.

Please check again.
