Device In Locked - I need a solutions

I have a Blackberry Z10 one month ago, and now say Device Pin Blocked and only permit calls 911.

If that's really your IMEI you should take it off the thread. Which model of Z10 do you have? Is it a CDMA version by any chance? Anyway, it looks like your phone has been reported stolen or lost and therefore, blocked on the network. For instance, if it was originally used on Verizon and was blocked there, it would take a while for information to be shared with other carriers. You should contact your seller.

Where did you buy it, what country and from what seller?

Another option is to take it to a repair facility and they will unlock it for a fee.

 

DO NOT try guessing the number.  After so many attempts.... the phone will be PERMANENTLY locked.

If the phone is PIN or IMEI locked it cannot be unlocked at a repair facility. Different from the device lock or the SIM "unlock" code.

This message means PIN blocked by carrier, call your carrier to see if the phone is Blacklisted.

If your carrier says the phone is not Blacklisted, telephone BlackBerry.  1-877-255-2377

This is a blocked due to being reported lost or stolen, it  has nothing to do with BBID password or a carrier subsidy unlock.

 

Again, you need to call your mobile provider and investigate.
