Re: Device PIN Blocked - Please Help!

Ok, so you're carrier won't help, and you called BlackBerry and they referred you back to your carrier.

I would call BlackBerry again and explain that your carrier won't help.

Re: Device PIN Blocked - Please Help!

I tried to explain this during my first call to blackberry support. But it told me only one: "We cannot help you. Please, ask your carrier"

Thanks for supporting) but I had lost all hope to get out of the situation.... Actually I bought the device specifically to developing. I really liked their new operating system .... But it seems that the Blackberry do not care about their users at all... So I will come back to my android.

I believe that someone from Blackberry will read my message, and rethink about process of solving "Device PIN blocked" issue

Thanks

Re: Device PIN Blocked - Please Help!

See, that's where you're wrong and you go off with "BlackBerry does not care'...

This forum is a user to user forum. It is clearly stated that. If you wish to deal directly with BlackBerry, you will need to go to them and possibly pay the per incident fee to get it diagnosed. And, you need to tell them this device is under warranty.

The user in Message 18 clearly states how they got this fixed on theirs.
