I have spoken to Rogers and they could not help me with anything.
The issue I am having is as follows:
My Z10 is unable to send/reply to emails that have a long email thread when using my exchange account through active sync. I can use outlook or OWA to send the exact same message without any problems so it is not an exchange or setting on my email account.
I also have my gmail account on my Z10 and that works perfectly fine. I can even send the exact same message from my gmail account, but cannot from my exchange account.
My thoughts is that this is an active sync issue on the Z10 as I have had no problems with my 9750 running through BES using the same account.
Anyone else having this problem and how can we fix this as it severely limits my business use of this phone.
I have already reset, re-formatted, battery pulled, removed the account and re-added...nothing works.

When you try to send the message, do you get any specific errors? Or a message that says "Protocol layer was unable to send a message".
How long are the email messages that you're trying to send?

The last email that did this was a 173KB in size, so they are not very long at all.
There are no specific errors. The z10 shows that it is trying to send (the radio waves icon) and then after about 10 seconds, I get the do not enter sign icon. No errorrs or messages.
This has been happening since I had my Z10 on launch day, so i don't think it is specific to the OS version.

Any one out there experience this and any one have a solution?
This is incredibly frustating trying to use this as a business device when I can't respond to my clients. I either have to start a new email thread or use my laptop.

ViciousFerret - wondering why there has been no further response regarding this issue?? Our entire organization is experiencing this send issue and we have spent several hours with Blackberry Expert Support to no avail. Nice to see we are not crazy and are not the only ones having this issue. Would be great to hear back from you!

Finally sorted this out. After some troubleshooting and packet sniffing, then issues appears to reside with the Exchange CAS server.
In order to get this working, go to the Exchange EMC and to your CAS active Sync settings. Go to properties on the right hand side under Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync. Click the authentication tab and select ignore client certificates.
Don't ask me why this only affects emails that have a long email thread or why just the Blackberry Z10....just glad it works now.
