Does BB even care anymore?!

Seriously, another crappy update and this one deletes ALL texts messages and Email account passwords. Forget it, just forget it. We're pulling all BB from our company...SO done!

Re: Does BB even care anymore?!

Some users are losing their past SMS data, not all.

Email account passwords should be easily re-entered in the accounts page.

Sorry to lose you.

Re: Does BB even care anymore?!

I still have my text messages. Getting the e-mail accounts is not  as simple as re-entering your e-mail account passwords.  I had to delete my gmail account and set it up again.  As for my my rogers.com account that solution has not worked.  I have tried obtaining support from rogers and now I am trying to find a solution here.  Both support sites have been less than helpful, I am afraid.  I love my Z10 but I am not feeling the love back.

Thank you for your quick response.  After entering my password for my gmail and rogers accounts, I would get a message that stated my contacts and calendar were synced but rim.imap.mail.yahoo.com and imap.gmai.com could not be contacted. Fortunately I found a solution, on the CrackBerry.com website that suggested I turn off my Wi-fi and try to add the e-mail accounts again. Odd as it sounds, it worked. All my e-mail accounts are now working fine with or without the wi-fi.

Feeling the love again.

Re: Does BB even care anymore?!

Good deal.

I've seen that work with myself and other users as well, where a WiFi connection wouldn't make the setup.

Glad you got it going.
