Does BB10 Connect to BBM and Email server without having to purchase a BBM package from my service providor

Hello, 

I want to get the BB10 and i am in China. I would like to know, if the New O/S BB 10 can support BBM and Email service, without having to subscribe for Blackberry service.

BBMessenger will still require a BIS connection.

 

Email only requires a general data plan, but your mobile provider must know you have connected a BB10 device.
