Currently the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone has Chinese available for Display languages.

yes it does,  it also support chinese dictation, both canonese and mandarin,  my wife uses it all the time nd says its really good..

Can you ask your wife how to switch on the cantonese voice detection, I only see language with alphabet

The handwriting feature is most likely an upcoming feature on the phone.
