I access 3 different email accounts (1 work, 2 personal) on my Z10. On one of the personal accounts I sometimes receive 2-3 duplicative messages. This did not occur until several weeks after I set up the account on the bb. Any ideas how to fix?

is this a POP, IMAP or active sync account?
What email service are you using?
POP can do this on any phone, IMAP is more reliable but can suffer same issue, Active sync is the best way

It's a POP account, Juno is the provider. The curious thing, for me at least, is this didn't happen when I first set up the account on the Z10, and never happened on my previous bb (9930).

your old device used BIS servers to gain access to your email account.
BB10 has a full email client and once a connection is lost, reset etc, you can get duplicate emails
Wife has this issue even with Outlook 2010, 2003 and her phone.
