My Zimbra email uses MS ActiveSync which worked perfectly on my Z10 until I did a software upgrade to BB10 rel 10.1.0.273 . Now my email does not work anymore. Error :" Your device is connected to a network, but the Internet service is not available.Check your network settings" I am sure Z10 users had the same problem. Can anyone help?.
