Have been using this app in my Z10 since the spring. Today I went to access it and nothing was there -although either it or Evernote thinks it is.
In checking further I get this message: Your account is currently configured with the username (blank). The message also states the authentication is valid and that I can find Evernote notebooks in the Remember app.
Well, as stated, no, I can't. The app has flown the coop.
Maybe I somehow erased it in error? Don't know if that is even possible.
Anybody any ideas how to fix this?

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
What is the name of the application that is now missing from the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone?
What is the action you are trying to complete with the application (Create a Note)?
Also can you please indicate the software version of the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone?
The software version can be found in the following location:

The app that has disappeared is Evernote in Remember.
I usually add and delete information on my desktop or laptop and use the Z10 for lookup when away from either of the two computers.
Software version is 10.1.0.4181 on the STL100-3 model.

Have you removed the Evernote Account from your integrated Accounts on the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone? If you navigate to Setting>Accounts do you see the Evernote Account listed?
If so it should say "Evernote>NoteBooks in the Remember app"
I look forward to your reply

Yes, it does say Evernote
Notebooks in the Remember app
And when I go there up pops a page that says:
"Your account is currently configured with the user name 'kurtchristie'.
The authentication with the Evernote service is still valid. No setting changes are required. You can find your Evernote notebooks in the Remember app."
But, when I go to the Remembrer app, nothing is there except a white, blank page. When I tap the Folders icon at the bottom I get a Folders and Entries option page. Tapping either gets me only a white, blank page. Evernote is just not there.
Thanks for you continuing help.

Have we attempted to delete the Evernote integrated account and re-add it?
To remove the account you will need to enter the Settings application and navigate to Accounts.
Select the Evernote account and the delete function will be at the button of the screen. (Trash Bin)
Once the account has been removed you can re-add the account using the Add Account function in Settings>Accounts

I have just deleted and the added back the Evernote app, re-authorized it as required, and.....nothing.
The app does not show up in Remember. Nothing is in Remember. It is blank, as before.
Remember, along with Note Pad, Password Keeper and a few other apps, is in a Folder called Notes. Would that affect anything?

If you log into the Evernote website and view your account do you see your notes and folders listed?
