HELP!!!!!

Help.

I had to take my Z10 back to the shop today (the handset defective), got a new Z10, now cannot put my apps and data onto the new Z10.

I did put all the info on the BlackBerry link on my pc, but when I went to download my stuff onto my new one it asks me to connect the old one....I haven't got it.

What do I do???????????????

Re: HELP!!!!!

Did you back up the old Z10 using Link before exchanging them?

If so, then you want to restore that data to the new one.

Re: HELP!!!!!

Yes I think I did (you have to remember I am totally new to Blackberry...Z10 is my first BlackBerry phone). I used the back up bit in the BlackBerry Link. But as I said I had to give my old z10 phone back for the new one.

I have gone into BlackBerry world (then into my world) and it is showing the PIN for my old phone. How do I transfer the apps etc to the new z10? Thanks and sorry if I sound a bit thick

Re: HELP!!!!!

When you connect to the Link software, at the bottom right do you see the [:] button to click on and the remove this device command?
