My Z10 wont let me create my email account which has a hyphen on right hand side of @ ??
Is there any fix for this???
My 9800 worked no problem, the phone isnt much use if I cant get my emails?

Hi Capt SP,
The domain name on the rhs of the @ is "bombora-esp.com.au" I don't get any specific error messages it just fails and suggests I check the email address or password.

I would recommend using the advanced method to add the email to your BlackBerry Z10. Its possible, if you're using the standard method, that the BlackBerry Z10 cannot locate the correct POP and SMTP servers required to add the account.
Go into Settings>Accounts>Add Account>Advanced, then choose POP (if that is correct) and enter the information in the fields. You may need to contact your email service provider or IT Department to obtain the correct information.
