Having some contacts issues! Please help me super man!

I've been having problems with my contacts on my Z10. Some of my contacts would disappear and after some screwing around I think I found my problem. It appears that when some of my email accounts would get disconnected from my phone, some of my contacts would disappear.

So I was wondering if there was a way to store all the contacts across all my emails locally?

My concern is that a couple of these are work email accounts. I would like to keep those contacts if I ever leave my place of employment.

Please tell me some one out there can save me!!! I've loved BB for so long. However now it seems to be slowing me down!

Hey chicken_ian,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

All contacts are saved locally on the BlackBerry smartphone.  You can synchronize the contacts to your Microsoft Outlook on your computer by using BlackBerry Link.

How often do the contacts disappear?  Is it affecting all contacts?

I look forward to your reply.

Cheers.

Have you tried saving all contacts to your sim card and then just using that as your one source of contact data?

There are apps that allow you to backup your contacts on your phone and/or SD card.  I use "PIM backup and restore" but there are others now.
