Help

[ Edited ]

I am a user of your latest smartphone Z10. Everything was ok untill some **bleep** has happened: at one moment I found the notification on the screen that PIN of my smartpone was blocked so far the smartphone doesn't work.  I looked through some forums and found the information abouth that cases. I read that is was happening when the smartphone had been stolen or lost. BUT!  I have the original box and all original accessories and documents that were included. I have no idea about how it was happened. I have a BlackBerry ID and I used the phone in the legally permited way. I've never broken the law or license agreement.

So the question is: can you  unlock my PIN?

**Removed**

Edit: PIN, IMEI removed. At no time should you provide any personal information to any other community member. Please review the Community Guidelines and Terms and Conditions of Use. for further information

Re: Help

1. Please understand: This is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not RIM employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users. RIM personnel rarely comment on queries posted here. You would have noticed this in the message upon registration. We are users just like you.

2. Where did you purchase the device, what authorized seller? In most cases, only the mobile provider places devices on the blocked list as being reported lost or stolen.

Re: Help

You need to call Telstra or Velcom (if Velcom is your current mobile provider).

One of them has reported it lost or stolen, it sounds like.

BlackBerry does not maintain this database, the carriers do.

Re: Help

Lost of stolen is the normal reason devices are blocked.
