. I can't use my facebook

can someone help me please. I can't use my facebook on my BlackBerry z10. Says offline no network access during i connected with wireless and browsers and another apps connected

The problem exists in the fb app  not in the browser . there is no problem in using Facebook via the browser ,and no problem in using another apps .

please, if u have fb account add me to communicate faster.

In my Phone the app is working correctly,
That means the fault is not in fb its in your phone,
please diagnose it.
Give a like.

Hi Bawozo21

 

Try to delete/uninstall your FB app in your Z10. BB World -> My Apps -> Downloaded. Tounch & hold FB app and tap delete.

 

Restart your device. Re-install through BB World again.
