Hello folks,

Is it me or is the sound from the Z10 OS very low? I have play the exact same video besides the Z10 and the other device is much better with quality and high sound coming out of the device. Could this be fixed with an update?

Which version of OS are you running under Settings - About?

 

Have you attempted restarting the device and testing with other audio sources?

Hello,

I am running version 10.0.10.85 and I have restarted the phone three times previously but seems to sound the same. It's fine with headphones and external speakers when using the phone jack.
