Issue with Z10

Dear ALl and BB support team ,

 

earlier I post the message but not get response yet

 

we have z 10 with 3g service enable but now email is receiving sending perfectly but my contact list is not updating from outlook and bb mobile

 

can anyone help me out the same for emailing I am using Active Sync with Exchange

 

waiting for support

 

Another user same Phone have issue :

1 there is not enter button in messing

2 phone is getting hanged frequently

3 home screen saver is not to showing fit to size

4 when I searching contact there is not key or back button for the go to back option and close button

5 email synch option is default showing 15 min..There is no less then features
