I recently purchased a BB Z10. Previous to that I owned a BB 9900. On the BB 9900 I had a security software call Snap Secure. It was not available for the Z10 so I found and purchased one call Max Mobile Security which worked well on the Z10 for a while. In the last week i have not been able to get to the Update Site to check for updated to the virus database.
Can anyone say why I am having this problem. I have both wireless internet and 4G connctions.

I see this is new app release on Jun 12th you should contract the app developer email@example.com I got this info from the app world http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/21
They should be able to help you!

I did contact them and this was their response; "
If you have paid and can't access the app you will have to contact the BB World or apply for a refund here: https://consumersupport.webapps.blackberry.com/bla
I don't want this to be my first option, so that is why i am here seeking help.
I am using 10.1.0.273.
Strange that it worked for a while and then just stopped.
