My BlackBerry Z10 tactile screen usually not respond

Hello,

I've got a big issue with my device. My tactile screen do not respond so I restart it until that it works, this can work after a minimum of 10 restart with the 3 buttons combination. I already bring to my carrier, unfortunately they send it to repair for 20 days but the problem is still present (today my tactile has crashed 3 times).

My question is there is any solution? Because bring my mobile for another 20 days without fixing the issue is really annoying and paying my bills...

This is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not RIM employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users. RIM personnel rarely comment on queries posted here. You would have noticed this in the message upon registration. We are users just like you, and don't have any interaction with the repair centers.

 

By 'tactile' screen, do you mean the tapping sound made when touching or tapping the keyboard?

 

And what "restart with the 3 buttons combination" do you refer?

I know that is user to users. The whole tactile do not works, you cant do anything such as keyboard, click on apps and so on.

With the power button on top and the buttons to manage the sound, when you push the 3 at the sam time you do a factory restart its the only way to restart the device while tactile is off, or take off the battery.

possibly, update the os.

Mine has not done this ever

My device are all time fully update. I made research about my issue but I didn't find anything.

10.0.10.90 and it's the latest as saying by my mobile, but it happened month ago also.

So, in short, you touch any icon or keyboard character and NOTHING happens. Nothing.

No nothing, i couldn't unlock the screen. Nothing worked.
