My Blackberry Z10 turned off today, and when I try to turn it back on the red led light stays on for 2 minutes and turns off but nothing else happens.
I tried doing a hard reset using the keys, i tried plugging into computer and connecting to BlackBerry Link and still nothing. I don't know what to do other than returning it.
Developer: I am a developer and have a dev alpha, i have downloaded the autoloader to make updates to my dev alpha. I am wondering if it would be safe to connect my Z10 to my computer and run the autoloader. I know the dev alpha's don't have the latest update for BlackBerry 10, so I am wondering if I did this will I also not have the latest update. Or, after installing the AutoLoader can I use software updater to get the latest OS?
Can someone help me quick, I have meetings today and need to be able to communicate with people.

Plug it into a wall outlet charger (not your computer) and while connected, remove and reinsert the batttery.

Leave it charging. You have the OEM wall outlet charger connected?

Make sure you connect the USB quickly and not plug it in slowly...

Still nothing, is there anything else I can do?

What I'd do is continue to let it charge.
Remove and replace the battery after a couple of hours, or even press the top edge screen lock key for a few seconds.
