My Blackberry Z10 won't send any e-mails through the cogeco server or the telus server. I have gone to Telus and they fixed it temporarily according to the information they have. I have sat with one of their Z10 "experts" and he did the same as what I tried and as the Telus staff tried. I have contacted Cogeco and they gave me the exact same information as Telus on how to set up the smtp on my Z10. IT DOESN"T WORK!!!! I have backed up my Z10 without my cogeco account on it and done a wipe. Then reloaded it, and then added my email to it again... same result... IT DOESN"T WORK!!! It will not send email. The phone is no good to me if it doesn't send email. I'm almost to the point of driving to Waterloo and giving the **bleep** thing back and get a refund.
