My bbz10 wont boot further than 2/3 nd wont turn on, battery is working fine has been tested advice?

You should try connecting to your stock wall charger. While it is connected, remove the battery and reinsert.
What happens with the LED or onscreen?

@jsanders i have tried but it refuses to go beyond 99% and switch the phone on. The led flashes red then goes off then the phine jst hangs on 99 percent. It refuses to move beyond 99 % and hangs there even overnight.

Try updating the OS if the problem still continues.

I took the phone in as it is under warranty and it was confirmed that its a software problem will only get phone back in three weeks kinda bummed as the phone is barely 2 months old. Thx jsanders will keep the info on hand in case it happens to my other phone too... help much appreciated!
