Need to export Z10 texts to take rip off contractor to court - how?

I got ripped off badly by a contractor and need to take him to small claims court.  I am wondering how to export a string of text messages with date and time stamps?  Any suggestions?

That's a good thought. I would have to collate about 40 images though (long thread). Is there a text based way to do this also?

You could forward them to an email address then print them all off.

Sorry ignore that, skipped over that you needed the timestamps.

Screenshots seems to be the best way to go or alternatively invest in one of the SMS backup apps.

SMS Backup has good reviews (don't have it myself) and it exports to an open XML format which you could of course print.
