I have changed my Z10 twice in two weeks (different problems with each phone, but to be expected..new OS etc, and I love the phone). Problem is:
I now have three phones on my Blackberry Link on my PC (but in reality only one!!).
I cannot seem to remove them?? When I click the link to 'Remove Device' it comes up with the message....
Device associated with Blackberry ID
BLACKBERRY-(PIN Number of phones) cannot be removed as it is associated with the current BlackBerry ID. To remove the BlackBerry ID association go to www.blackberry.com/bbid
Well I have tried everything that I can see on that site to no avail : smileysad:
How can I delete these two other Z10's without affecting my new (3rd) Z10...Please Help as I am slowly losing it

If you login to the protect.blackberry.com website, can you remove those other devices?

Have you tried deleting the Link software on your PC and reinstalling?

Why not call your tech support and an escalation to Blackberry tech support and get this worked out.
When you first connect to your PC, in the Blackberry device manager settings (look in your TASK bar at the bottom of the PC screen) does it show only the new device connected?

Sorry J Sanders, but totally new to BlackBerry, and you may have to explain a couple of things:
My tech support? (service provider I take it?, not sure if they can help)
BlackBerry Tech support.....how?
Yes, your mobile provider is your carrier is your network provider is the SIM card you have in the device.
Would that be O2 as you have listed in your profile in this forum?
