Outlook transfer

I transferred both my Outlook contacts and calendar from my computer using BB Link. Message said all was transferred including the number of contacts. On my Z10 the calendar was updated but there are no contacts listed. Anyone know what the problem is(and solution!)?

Re: Outlook transfer

I would re-boot your device and then wait 5 minutes coulple of minutes untill it builds your contact list. I had 1400 contacts on mine and took about 5 minutes. Also chec you settings (open contacts, swipe from top down, check to see if it stored it on your sim card or device.. )

Re: Outlook transfer

I did but still no recults. Rebooted several times , did the transfer from Link and still no results. There is nothinb on the Sim card. The ZZ10 says transfer complete but perhaps this is only the calendar.

Re: Outlook transfer

I would try a BlackBerry Link system restore and try from scratch. Try forwarding a couple of contacts from Outlook to your z10 as .vcard. You can use email. See if it populates your contact.
