Hey lesedwards,
Thanks for the question.
What server is these email accounts hosted to? Also if you remove and re-add the accounts, are you then able to send our emails?
What version of BlackBerry 10 are you using? Go to settings>About for this information.
I look forward to your reply.
Cheers.

Hey iwamas,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I did some more investigation on this issue and it is usually caused by restricted SMTP servers, you will need to manually add the POP3 and add the SMTP server from your network service provider.
To get this information contact your mail provider and network service provider.
Cheers.

Hey all,
If you have your network service providers SMTP server inputted and still experiencing trouble. Then we suggest contacting us so we can gather logs to find the root cause.
Please contact your network service provider and ask to be transferred to BlackBerry.
This will help us resolve this new issue.
Thanks ![]()

Thanks I will call Rogers first thing in the morning. We need to get this fixed ASAP. Not easy being on the road and not being able to reply to emails.
