POP3 E-mail Server

I am having difficulty getting my work email set up on the BlackBerry Z10. My wireless carrier is Verizon. I am able to receive email to the account but I am unable to reply or even send a message. I recently switched from a Torch 9850 and did not have any issues with my e - mail. I am looking for some thoughts. Could be a bb10 issue because every other phone we have in our company works seamlessly.

I was having the same problem.

Make sure your encryption is set properly and that you are using the correct ports.

Re: POP3 E-mail Server

Thanks. My ports are right and we have no encryption. The smtp server does require a sign in but there is no option for that on the Z10

Yes there is an option. Go to Edit Account and then set Encryption to Off. Mine was on by default and I had to turn it off.

Go into the advanced settings of the account and you can see the smtp server/authentication settings.
