We have installed the BES10 server and i have connected my Z10 on the server.
Now i pushed the app Enterprise IM to my phone.
On my phone in the Work department i can install the Enterprise IM app.
When i want to start the app i will get the following error message:
Enterprise IM does not work because the application settings file is missing on your device. Contact your administrator to correct the problem.
Can anyone help me with my problem? I have no idea what i have to do.
