Hello,

Everytime I send a message through bbm it closes and when I try to open the chat again it closes again, so I have to delete the chat and then open a new one to send another message. Is there any solution for it?

Thank you for your question regarding BBM closing on your BlackBerry Z10 when trying to send a BBM message.

Have you attempted restarting the device by holding down the button at the top of your device? Does the same issue occur when attempting to send a BBM message once again after restarted? Have you been able to send BBM messages since configuring the device out of the box?

Yes I have restarded my device, and the issue is still there. My messages are sent but the chat is immediately closed after I press send. The other person can reply but if I try to open the chat it closes again. So I have to delete each conversation after I send a message to be able to read what the other person has answered.

Actually I was able to fix the problem. I did a security swipe. Then the first thing I installed when my cellphone rebooted was bbm and since then it is working properly
