I did use Autoload now all my icons are gone except few which are less that 10. What do I do now?

Can you list the icons that remain? Which?

After running the autoloader, did you do a restore of your backup?

Contacts, browser, bbm, calendar, BlackBerry world, games, camera, settings, map, phones, text messages, cellc app. No I didn't do restore of my backup.If I do restore will the camera and screen shots still work?

I have try doing restore from back up now but is not working. It says "this backup file isn't compatible with the version of the device software that you're currently running. Update your device software and try again"

Then you have no purpose here. Call your mobile provider, 3, and get assistance. You are paying them for service AND technical support.
