Problem with a wifi network

Hi,

I want to connect my Z10 on the wifi network in my school with the following parameters:

- Hidden SSID

- Security type: 802.1X

- Encryption type: WEP

- Authentification type: PEAP

- Intern security: MSCHAPv2

But there isn't a "802.1X" option in the security type list. I tried with the "WPA/WPA2 enterprise" option but the connection fails during the first attempt.

There is no error with my login and my password.

Can you help me ?

Hello rejna85,

Welcome to the forums.

For security type try using WEP and test again to see if you have the same issue.

Re: Problem with a wifi network

Hi SmoothRider,

Thank you for your answer.

WEP security type doesn't work because I need to enter my login and my password to connect a device on school's wifi, thing that I can't do with WEP.
