Can anyone help me? I just got my new Z10 and I cannot get past the agreement menu, it keeps sending me back to the 'wi-fi connections' menu. I am connected to my mobile network, I have tried connecting to my home network, but the same thing happens (it forwards to the agreement menu, waits a while and then goes back to the wi-fi menu). I cannot turn off my wi-fi connections.

Are you able to connect to a Wi-Fi hotspot to complete the setup? Did you have a BlackBerry smartphone previous to the BlackBerry Z10?

I wasn't able to connect to any wi-fi network, I took the phone back to the store where I bought it and they said that the phone had connected to a false IP address and it had send it into an infinte loop, but it is sorted out and working now.

Well, I'm glad to hear it has worked out now!
I only asked about the previous device as I wanted to make sure you were previously subscribed to BlackBerry data services.
